Application means the Kasuwa software program operated by Agriarche Limited and downloaded on any electronic device.
Agriarche / Company / We / Us means Agriarche Limited, Plot 502, Dalaba Street, First Floor, Novare Central Office, Wuse Zone 5, Wuse, Abuja – Nigeria.
Affiliate means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of voting shares or equivalent authority.
Buyer means any processor, food company, or corporate entity that purchases agricultural commodities and/or sells finished products through the Platform.
Aggregator / Farmer Influencer means any individual or company that sources and sells agricultural commodities on behalf of farmers through the Platform.
Farmer means any individual or cooperative engaged in the primary production of agricultural commodities who uses the Platform to access markets, logistics, or financial services.
Device means any internet-enabled device used to access the Service, including computers, smartphones, and tablets.
